Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MightyList ("the Service"). By creating an account or

using the app, you agree to them.

Your account

You must provide an accurate email and keep your credentials secure. You are

responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in

your country).

You agree not to: break the law; upload content you don't have the right to;

attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service; abuse the API or

rate limits; or use the Service to store or distribute malware or unlawful

material.

You own the content you create. You grant us only the limited licence needed to

store, process, and sync it to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for your content and for keeping your own backups (the

export feature is provided for this).

Template packs may be free or paid. Paid purchases are processed by Stripe and are

generally non-refundable except where required by law. Sellers are responsible for

the content they publish and must have the rights to it.

"Magic Capture" uses a third-party AI model to suggest items from text you enter.

Suggestions may be inaccurate — review them before saving. You are responsible for

what you choose to add.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, or remove

features, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We aim for high

availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may

suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties,

and our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount

you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which may be zero).

We'll update this page and the "last updated" date when these terms change.

Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
